Shipping, payment& replacement.

Free shipping across India, prepaid checkout and a 7-day replacement if anything arrives damaged.

Shipping

  • Shipping is free on every order.
  • We deliver to addresses in India only.
  • Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Payment

  • All orders are prepaid through Shopify checkout: UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking.
  • Cash on delivery is not available.

7-day replacement

  • If your watch arrives damaged or defective, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery, with photos or a short video of the issue.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we replace the watch with the same model.
  • Customized pieces can differ slightly from the photos; small differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Warranty

  • We are an independent reseller, so watches do not carry an official Casio India warranty.
